As a personal training client, you will have the advantage of one-to-one fitness coaching and unique program design from the me, the guy at the top of this page. Your workouts will be safe (I DO NOT believe in the outdated "No Pain, No Gain" Philosophy) fun, never boring and will always be result oriented.
Where do the sessions take place?
In-Person Personal Training Sessions are only available to those in the Union or Essex County area of New Jersey. If you are out of this range, and are still interested in receiving coaching from me, click here.
All sessions will take place either in your home, at your office (provided they have a workout room), and/or at a local park or sports field/court...it's entirely up to you!
What if I'm relatively new to working out? Can I still do this?
Absolutely! It doesn't matter if you are completely new to working out or have been exercising for many years, all exercise programs are individually designed based on your goals, medical history, likes/dislikes, and current fitness level.
Will I need to buy any equipment?
Not unless you want to. Each session, I will bring everything you will need. I use a wide array of tools including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, a TRX trainer, stretching straps, mat exercises, foam roller, focus mitts and boxing gloves, agility cones and ladders, jump ropes and battle ropes.
How will I know if Chris' training style is for me?
Here at Believe In You Now Fitness, you try before you buy. I do not want you to commit to anything financially or emotionally unless you are absolutely ready to do so. After we meet for a consultation and get to know each other, we both will have a sense if I am the right trainer/coach to help you reach your goals.

Next, I will contact you within 24-48 hours so that we can get to know each other over the phone...
After that, if you're still interested, we will set up a a day/time to meet for your FREE consultation appointment.
During the 60 minute consultation appointment, we will discuss your medical history, past fitness experiences and what it is that you are looking to achieve. I will then put you through a few easy movements. Your safety is my first priority; in order to make sure that I choose the best possible exercises for you, I first need to know what you've done before, what you would like to be able to do, and your current fitness level.
If all goes well during the consultation and you wish to start training with me, we will discuss all the details, schedule your first session, and then the journey begins....
